Roasted Beet and Citrus Salad

Roasted golden and red beets paired with segmented winter citrus, microgreens, candied walnuts, and a honey-shallot vinaigrette.

Carrot Ginger Bisque

A silky bisque of roasted carrots, fresh ginger and a splash of orange juice.Topped with swirl of spiced yogurt and crushed pistachios.         

Red Wine & Espresso Short Ribs

Braised in a red wine reduction infused with espresso and fresh rosemary, over a parsnip-potato mash, crispy fried leeks.

Chocolate Torte 

 A rich, velvety flourless chocolate torte, bada bing cherry compote, whipped mascarpone,& cocoa nibs
